We may just have a trick up our sleeve with this one. Slightly sweet, deliciously intense, with a bit of bitterness – our Jack Nine is all that and more.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Bluffton Whiskey
- .5 oz. Fernet Branca
- .75 oz. lemon juice
- .25 oz. orgeat syrup
- 1 oz. simple syrup
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel and sprig of rosemary.
