Made with Amethyst Watermelon Lime
The perfect summer cocktail to introduce you to our newest zero-proof spirit, Watermelon Lime.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Amethyst Watermelon Lime
- 1 oz. watermelon juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 3 lime wedges
- Club soda
- Mint leaves
Start by muddling lime and mint leaves together in a cocktail shaker. Add Amethyst, simple syrup, and watermelon juice. Shake and strain into a highball glass loaded with fresh ice. Top with club soda or Sprite. Garnish with a mint sprig and watermelon balls.
