Whether you’re a gin lover or a novice, the Blind Melon is beloved by all. Refreshingly tart, yet subtly sweet – it’s the perfect drink for a spring Lowcountry afternoon.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Devil’s Elbow Cantaloupe Melon Gin
- .75 oz. lemon juice
- .75 oz agave syrup
- 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
