Our Special Release Spirits combine unique innovation and thoughtful craft to create a one-of-a-kind flavor experience. Some are a creative twist on our classic handcrafted spirits and others an exploration of new flavors.
Each release is limited – meaning these spirits are only available to be purchased at Burnt Church Distillery in Bluffton, South Carolina. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Lastly, our team of distillers are constantly creating, so be sure to check back with us to see what special releases are available the next time you visit!

This small batch whiskey was developed by finishing unfiltered three-year-old Bluffton Whiskey™ in Wildlight Honey conditioned Anita’s Choice™ barrels.

Bee-town mead and cider company rested their blueberry mead in one of our Anita’s Choice™ barrels. We then finished our Devil’s Elbow™ Gin in the barrel and it’s delicious!

Cream Maple Peach
It’s said that ‘the Cream Always Rises to the Top’ and we couldn’t agree more. This gem started as the second in our ongoing trial collection, but the public demanded that it permanently join our family of spirits. Our Burnt Church Bourbon Cream Liqueur contains our six-grain bourbon and is perfect by itself or as an addition to your coffee, tea or other cocktails.
