This sour cocktail is a combination of refreshing, slightly tart, and sweet. From the perfect pairings of lemon and lime you’ll surely enjoy it!
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Bluffton Whiskey
- 1 oz. elderflower simple syrup
- .5 oz. lemon juice
- .5 oz. lime juice
- .5 oz. orgeat
- 1 egg white
- Absinthe
Combine Bluffton Whiskey, lemon juice, lime juice, elderflower simple syrup, orgeat, and egg white to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into an absinthe-coated coupe glass. Garnish with a dried orange and sprig of rosemary.
