Made with Burnt Church Cucumber Vodka
Named in honor of this month’s nonprofit partner – this cocktail is fruity, tart, yet delicately creamy.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Burnt Church Cucumber Vodka
- .5 oz. strawberry simple syrup
- .5 oz. vanilla simple syrup
- .5 oz. lemon juice
- 2-3 strawberries
Begin by muddling strawberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and then add vodka, simple syrups, and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with prosecco and garnish with a stawberry.
