Whether you’re looking for something on the smaller side to host a lunch for your work colleagues, or want to blow it out big with a large guest list, we can cover all your needs at the distillery.

Our venue offers five spaces that provide an array of options when it comes to party size and what you’re looking for.
The Vestry
This exclusive space showcases a bird’s eye view of The Sanctuary. It’s the perfect spot to host a meeting or small get-together and features approachable masculinity through leather and gilded accents.
The Study
Host your intimate event under cross-shaped lighting, seated in church pews and leather tufted settees as you and your guests become immersed in the history of Bluffton. This distinctive, masculine space is sure to set the mood.
The Sanctuary
Boasting 35′ vaulted ceilings adorned with reclaimed oak, exposed brick, and black steel; our signature Tasting Room is the perfect space for any event, whether grand or intimate. The North, West, and South sides of the room are surrounded by massive windows letting in an abundance of Lowcountry light.
Square 67
Paved with a brick herringbone pattern, our exterior courtyard area is surrounded by a well-appointed landscape and up-lit to accent its beauty after dark. The courtyard’s adjoining stretch of brick can also be added to accommodate larger events.
Palmer’s Stretch
Palmer’s Stretch, named after our rye whiskey, is a custom herringbone brick-paved slip road, flowing out from Square 67 with elegance and ease. Perfect for food trucks, tents, and other sources of entertainment.

Our Director of Events & Memberships, Kaylee Cunningham, has that magic touch that brings every event to life, and is available to help yours go off without a hitch.
No guest list is too small or large.
The distillery can host every party, no matter the guest list size.
For smaller parties, we offer The Vestry and The Study, with the Vestry able to host 8-10 guests and The Study able to host 65 guests cocktail style or 30 guests for a seated dinner.
For parties on the larger side, we offer The Sanctuary, Square 67, and Palmer’s Stretch. The Sanctuary, also known as The Tasting Room, can hold 150 guests cocktail style or 75 guests for a seated dinner. Our outdoor offerings, Square 67 and Palmer’s Stretch, are 5,000 and 7,000 square-feet respectively and can host even your largest gatherings.
