Join us for an intimate dinner at the distillery!
We will be closing the distillery and hosting an intimate dinner with our friends at Malone Barbecue with Jesse Blanco as the MC! Tickets are $100, and will include five courses and three signature cocktails, one for each set of courses.

APPETIZERS
Texas Popper
Bacon-wrapped jalapeños stuffed with brisket sausage, onions, and cheese wrapped in bacon and glazed with sin eater pineapple bbq sauce.
Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Pork belly dry rubbed and cubed, smoked and drizzled with Anita’s Choice maple bourbon glaze.
MAIN COURSES
Korean Gochujang Bourbon Glazed Spare Ribs
Paired with Korean spicy cucumber salad.
Beef Brisket
Paired with elotes street corn garnished with cilantro, lime, cotija cheese, candied jalapeños and drizzled with Anita’s Choice Chipotle barbecue sauce.
DESSERT
Banana Pudding
Topped with Anita’s Choice bourbon caramel sauce.
