Though relatively young by whiskey purveying standards, BC has an interesting story, a gorgeous facility, and makes products that are worth checking out. They get into the fine points of starting a destination distillery, working around restrictive regional laws (or waiting for them to change), trying to build a business in uncertain times, and the long arm of history.
