Made with Devil’s Elbow Original Gin
This cocktail is blueberry deliciousness and perfect for a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Devil’s Elbow Original Gin
- .5 oz. blueberry simple syrup
- .25 oz. lime juice
- .25 oz. dry curacao
- .25 oz. simple syrup
- Champagne or prosecco
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir. Serve in a stemless wine glass over ice. Top with champagne or Proseco. Garnish with blueberries.
