Made with Palmer’s Stretch Rye Whiskey
A smoked cocktail layering spicy rye with sweet vermouth.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Palmer’s Stretch Rye Whiskey
- .75 oz. sweet vermouth
- .5 oz. demerara simple syrup
- .25 oz. lemon juice
- 3-4 bourbon cherries
Begin by muddling cherries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Smoke with cherry wood. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon and cherry.
